I know sometimes we go around
Making rounds on issues that have found a way to bring us down.
The truth is I would die without you around
Even when we are unstable we always find that common ground
Though, sometimes tarnished, I always find the sparkle of your crown
You'll always be my "Little King"
With all the happiness you have always found a way to bring
Giving me just the things that I need, to love, to breath
I know it's dark but I can see...
The love I hold for you and the love you hold for me,
Little things we've crossed along the way
Change is spaces, change in places.
Nothing could ever be worth replacing
The first touch, first kiss, first dates
First conversations that kept us awake late.
You're my laughter when things are tough
My alter ego when I need some tough love
My strength when I want to throw the towel in
Secretly screaming "Enough is Enough!"
Taught me more that there's more out there other than giving up
You're my smile in the morning
My peace at night
My wings when I fell from fright.
My strength and courage when I feel knocked down
My assurance when I have been let down.
My Positive (+) when I am lost in the negative (-) current
The trust in which we both had to earn, the band air of heartache we've learned.
Those times we go rounds,
I would die without you around.
I don’t know where I would find myself
Perhaps, lost and never found
Searching for that sparkle in your crown.

Thus does the Necessary Angel of the poetic
arrive to save the Angel of History
from dying of melancholy
in a suffocating world of ruins.

In this Chaos and burning I find a way to release, these are my words, these words set me free, This is my breath of life, this is me, in my free colored and spirited world of poetry.
